Hello, I'm Liam Baggs, a 16-year-old aviation photographer based in Edmonton, Alberta.
I've been passionate about aviation for as long as I can remember. On April 27, 2024, I had the opportunity to fly in a Cessna 172L Skyhawk (C-GXGU) for the first time, an experience that fueled my passion even further and inspired me to begin working toward my Private Pilot Licence (PPL).
Photography has also been a longtime interest of mine. After receiving a Canon EOS XTi for Christmas in 2019, I spent years photographing birds and wildlife before eventually taking a break from the hobby. In January 2024, I picked up my camera again and began photographing aircraft at Edmonton International Airport (CYEG). Later that year, a visit to villeneuve Airport (CZVL) sparked my love for general aviation, bush flying, and small propeller aircraft.
Today, I enjoy capturing the beauty, history, and character of aviation through my photography, from vintage warbirds to classic bush planes and everything in between.
